Anmer Properties has been involved in development for over 15 years and is passionate about building bespoke houses. Whether it be our own projects for resale, working with individuals on their renovations or new builds, each one is a place we call home. We specialise in smaller niche sites in and around the area.
We are based in Chichester, West Sussex.
Design
It all begins with an idea. We are mindful that creating a home is a journey, and it's important to understand the way we live and ultimately what we need from a home. Each project is tailored. We work closely with architects, gaining planning on sometimes difficult pocket sites to achieve our vision.
We are rigorous throughout every stage of the project and are driven by working together to turn an idea into a reality.
Build
Anmer's portfolio includes new-builds and renovations alongside client based design and construction projects. We specialise in building on our own sites. We are always mindful of our surroundings and work to keep any environmental disruption to a minimum.
Whether we are commissioned to clear a site, renovate an existing property or build a new home, we strive to exceed the standards expected in our industry.
Manage
Anmer manages a number of second homes that need a key holder or gardens maintaining. We can also assist with holiday lettings. We give clients peace of mind knowing their property is maintained, secure and well looked after.
We are constantly seeking new development sites with or without planning permission to purchase and build. We work with clients to obtain the right planning permission and maximise the financial return of a site. We are interested in joint ventures on smaller sites and are always keen to meet, discuss and plan with new clients.
